SUMMER HIGH SEASON – 2011/2012
- 1 Dec – 28 Feb : R1200 per day /R7 000 per week
MID SEASON – 2012
- 1 March – 30 April: R1000 per day /R6 000 per week
WINTER SEASON – 2012
- 1 May – 30 Nov: R800 per day /R5 000 per week
DEPOSIT, TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT:
25% deposit payable (by direct electronic bank transfer or credit card) within 48 hours of booking being confirmed by us. Should transfer not take place, we will assume booking is cancelled. The remainder of accommodation fee will be payable at least 48 hours before receipt of keys (for bank transfers and credit card payments).For cash payments, full balance must be handed over on receipt of keys.
PLEASE NOTE: Under NO circumstances will the keys be handed over unless payment has been received in FULL.
REFUNDS:
- 90% refund if cancellation received 8 weeks prior to occupation date
- 50% refund if cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to occupation date
- 25% refund if cancellation received between 2 and 4 weeks prior to occupation date
- No refund if cancellation received less than 7 days to occupation date.
CLEANING SERVICES:
As Bliss Cottage is a self-catering establishment, it is NOT serviced daily. However, a cleaning/washing/ironing service is available at R200 per day (to be organised in advance).
For occupation of 10 days or longer, a complimentary linen change and cleaning service will be given once a week.
For occupancy of more than 14 days, a final cleaning fee of R300 is payable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of R1500 is required on receipt of keys. This deposit will be refunded, in full, in the event of nothing at the property is broken, damaged or missing when property is vacated. All damage/breakages will be charged for at replacement cost.
INDEMNITY
All guests and/or visitors to Bliss Cottage make use of the premises and its contents at their own risk and Bliss Cottage, its owners and/or employees or agents shall not be held responsible or accountable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever experienced by any guest or visitor to these premises.
